Shipment of your order
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days to 7 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via road transport with a tracking number. The carrier will notify you of the day and time of delivery beforehand.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
Return and Warranty
On arrival of the parcel, please take care to unpack the parcel in front of the carrier to ensure that it is intact.
If the parcel is damaged, refuse it, stating that the parcel was damaged during transport. We will then replace it as soon as possible.
If, for any reason whatsoever, you are unable to unpack the package at the time of delivery. You will then have to indicate to the carrier that you accept the delivery subject to unpacking.
Without this reservation, we will not be able to carry out the replacement if the package has been damaged.
